Consider approving Sterling Point Section Nine Preliminary Plat, being approximately 51.80 acres located west of Garth Road, between East
Road and Barbers Hill Road.
The applicant is proposing a residential preliminary plat, being approximately 51.80 acres, in the Talcott Patching Survey, Abstract No. 620, Baytown, Harris County, Texas, consisting of 100 lots, two (2) blocks, and two (2) reserves for landscape and open space.
The preliminary plat is required for approval of site design to submit engineering and civil plans for the purpose of installing infrastructure for the final lots.
The City has entered into an development agreement with the developer concerning this property.
This application has been reviewed by the Development Review Committee which found that the application meets the minimum requirements of the Code of Ordinances as well as the requirements called out in the development agreement.
The supporting documentation is attached for your review.
Staff recommends approval.
