Review the proposed amendments to the land use assumptions, water and sewer capital improvements plan, and water and sewer impact fees and draft written comment concerning such assumptions, plan, and fees.
PREFACE
The City of Baytown entered into a professional services agreement with Carollo Engineers, Inc., to update the City's land use assumptions, capital improvements plan and allowable impact fees.

The Planning and Zoning Commission serves as the advisory committee created under Section 395.058 of the Texas Local Government Code.  In such capacity, the Commission is required to file its written comments on the proposed amendments to the land use assumptions, capital improvements plan, and impact fee before the fifth business day before the date of the City Council's public hearing on the amendments.

The City Council has set a public hearing on August 26, 2021, at 6:45 p.m. in the Council Chambers. At the public hearing, the public will have the right to appear and present evidence for or against the update.  After the public hearing, the City Council shall approve or disapprove the amendments of the land use assumptions and the capital improvements plan and impact fees.
